To sum up our stay was great!

Location was great, staff helpfully and friendly. Rooms are big. Food was good, a lot of choice.

Rooms could be cleaner. Rooms also need some maintenance work done, walls, floor etc. but in general lovely bungalows, lots of space and beautifully designed.

Space in the bungalows

Preferred the Texmex restaurant service rather than the main buffet format. Some food was cold but a microwave was available. Not a complaint but a personal preference

Good weather, hotel grew on is but evening restaurants & seating areas need improvement, lots of areas of the hotel

Rooms were good, clean & spacious.

Drinks in paper cups, bars were average, layout of evenings was spread out & nowhere comfortable to sit. Bar areas need a refurbishment.

We had a great time

I liked that the rooms were all on the ground floor. There were lots of things to do during the day - especially for children. A very good snack bar at the pool. The food in the main restaurant was nice and plentiful.

The chill out bar near to the reception had no atmosphere, just some music would have helped and the white wine was awful.

Good

Rooms are spacious and modern and private. Pool is large never felt crowded or lack of space good sun lounger availability 15 minute easy walk to the sea.Enjoyed our stay.

All inclusive deals should have more alcohol / spirits available. Limited choice. Disappointing selection.

Good

Accommodation was nice and quiet. 12 min walk from playa blanca. 7 mins to flamingo beach. Good size room (suite) Rooms cleaned regularly. Decent enough food. Good choice . Good family hotel. 2 bathrooms in suite room, which was very handy.

Noise levels and heat in restaurant (air con wasnt always on). Entertainment could be hit and miss.

Family holiday.

Generally.most of the bad reviews on here are a bit harsh... me and the kids genuinely had a great time and I would have given this a higher score if it wasn't for the one issue.

The last day was sadly ruined. The animation team facilitated aqua zorbing in the pool area. Myself and a lot of other families with their children queued up for an hour waiting their turn but sadly when me and my two kids were almost at the front the staff without prior warning said this is the last one due to no more time remaining. Normally this wouldn't be a major issue, my 7 year old son was understandably upset queuing for so long to be let down as were lots of other children but it sent my 9 year old autistic daughter into quite an emotional meltdown as she couldnt understand why it was taken away after she waited for so long, this meltdown lasted the majority of the day and we had to go back to the room. This could have easily been prevented with a sign at the back or a staff member preventing more people joining the queue. The same team then spent the next 10 minutes getting ready and doing their usual dance round the pool they do a lot, I imagine the majority would have been able to cope with not seeing the dance and song around the pool to gain more time giving everyone who queued a go on the aqua zorbing. I hope this gets fed back to the animation team who normally do quite a good job.

Good

The staff for the kids were just great , the food was also gorgeous I won't fault that at all , the variety was brilliant, , location was brilliant

Our room had alot of ants in the shower , looks like they must of eating through the grout in the tiles , then we found someone on our clothes , The aircon in the restaurant was never on witch made it unbearable to eat inside but then when you eat out side the flys were non stop on your food , there could be something to keep away flys , , The pools were freezing

Lovely all inclusive perfect location and great for families.

Excellent location and short walk from the beach and the aqua park opposite. An easy journey from the airport- we hired a car for the transfer and was an easy drive and plenty of parking in the hotel. The bungalows were spacious and ideal if you have children as they give you more space than a hotel room and less worried about noise. I loved our inside/outside second shower room. So nice to shower under the stars. Room was clean and modern. Plenty of storage and iron/hairdryer/kettle. All inclusive food was delicious and plenty of variety. Fresh omelettes cooked in the morning and every breakfast you could wish for. Pool was fun and children loved it. Entertainment was enjoyable and plentiful. Nice extras like the water orbit balls were included in the price. All round throughly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Although an inclusive some of the ice cream and cocktails were extra. I had to buy bottled water everyday from the on site supermarket.

We enjoyed our stay here, definitely book again

Loved this property, loved the layout of the complex, each room was like your own little bungalow, good choice of food, super clean and friendly helpful staff.

I would have preferred a sun lounger on my terrace, plenty of room for one as not everyone likes to sunbathe next to the pool

great place for a long weekend in the sun (avoid from 1st May as then a holiday village)

second visit for short stay lovely rooms all on one level lots of space and clean great large showers brilliant air conditioning lots of sunbeds round the pool

relax pool has no drinks facilities and it's a long way to the bar , perhaps a self serve water cooler , soft drink dispenser and beer pump would be a great addition shop closed at 6 far to early drinks were not fizzy (coke etc) tasted flat

very good value but a bit of a walk to outside shops and pubs in the town !!

The accommodation was spotless and plenty of sun beds and pools. staff couldn’t do enough for you.

some of the hot food at mealtimes was a bit cold …..

We were both troubled with upset stomach, lasting up to 8 days, would describe this stay as a trial

Mostly ok, Quality of Wine was very low and undrinkable, price of a bottle was £15 cheapest rising to next price £25.

Hotel was very popular with families with young children, very noisy at times. Having to queue for drinks 1 waiter, 20 , 20 -30 minute queues. The smell of sewage was always present, sometimes we were awakened gagging and having to close the windows and doors.

We look forward to staying again.

Food & facilities exceeded our expectations. If you think/plan it you can have a totally different meal every breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff and entertainment all very good. Rooms well maintained and cleaned. The pool towels being provided was a great bonus.

Not really complaining but if I have to mention a few things, TV signal was poor sometimes (freezes and then comes back in real time so you can miss bits of the programme, not that we spent much time watching TV). I could hear too much of the people next to us through the connecting door (again not a major issue) on occasion.

A lovely place in the sun

There is a good family atmosphere, catering for all ages. The location is great, slightly out of town, meaning there isn’t a great deal of noise pollution at nighttime. The single storey, bungalow style rooms are great as it limits the number of neighbours you have. The staff were all lovely, friendly and worked hard. There’s a gym and a laundry room, along with several nice perks that you might expect at a more expensive resort. We would recommend this property to others seeking a similar holiday and we would stay here again.

Each of the bungalows is portioned in to side A and side B, this means they have adjoining doors in the room, so you can hear your neighbours very loudly. We were also aware that they could hear us! This I appreciate is a big advantage for large families so it’s a personal preference. The children’s playground could do with a refresh. Some toddler friendly play equipment would be great. Some cosmetic things are needed here and there, repainting needed on the outside of buildings. There was a small damp spot on the wall in our room that needs addressing.
